The New Wineskin Community is bound together by a love for God, for our neighbors, and for new ways of doing and being church in the world. We are mostly people familiar with traditional church who want to find more authentic, relational, participatory, and contextual ways of living our lives with God, with other followers of Jesus, and with our communities. We connect both in-person and online through learning communities, worship gatherings, and times of prayer and play together. We’d love to have you be a part of our life and work.
The New Wineskin Initiative is a combination of online and in person worshiping communities and small learning communities and cohorts for church leaders. We are a New Church start of the Rio Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church.

Join us monthly in North Central San Antonio to share a meal, reflect upon scripture, pray with and for one another, and work for the common good in our neighborhood. Sunday’s from 5-7pm.
